It's Just a Phase

It's Just a Phase

Just like the moon, all of us go through phases in our lives. Some of these phases are filled with light, hope, and happiness, while others are dark, gloomy, and filled with despair. And, just like the moon, even during our darkest phases, we are still whole and complete.

The moon has always been a symbol of change and transformation. Throughout the month, we can observe the different phases of the moon, from a new moon, to a full moon, and then back to a new moon again. Each phase of the moon is unique, and it serves as a reminder that change is a natural and necessary part of life.

Similarly, our lives are also filled with different phases. We may experience times of great joy, success, and contentment, and other times of sadness, loss, and uncertainty. These phases can be difficult to navigate, especially during the darker ones. We may feel lost, confused, or like nothing is going right. However, it is important to remember that these phases are only temporary, and that things will eventually get better.

One of the most important things to remember during the darker phases of our lives is that we are still whole and complete, despite what we may be going through. Just like the moon, even during its darkest phase, it is still a whole and complete celestial body. It may not be visible to us in the same way as when it is full, but it is still there, shining in its own unique way.

It can be easy to focus on our flaws, our mistakes, and our perceived shortcomings during the darker phases of our lives. But, it is important to remember that these are not the only aspects of ourselves. We are not defined by our struggles, but rather by the strength and resilience we have shown in overcoming them.

So, just like the moon, you too shall go through phases of light, of dark, and of everything in between. And, just like the moon, even during the darkest of phases, you are still whole and complete. Remember to be kind to yourself during these times, and to hold on to hope that the light will return.

In addition to being mindful of our thoughts and emotions, many people also find it helpful to use crystals during challenging times. Crystals are believed to have healing properties, and they can be used to help balance and align the body, mind, and spirit. Here are a few crystals that can be helpful during challenging times:

  • Black Tourmaline is a grounding stone that can help to purify and protect your energy field. It can be especially helpful during times of stress or uncertainty, as it can help to dissipate negative energy and promote a sense of calm and security.

  • Amethyst is a soothing and calming crystal that can help to reduce anxiety and promote a sense of well-being. Its healing properties can also help to ease the mind of negative thoughts, making it a great stone for emotional healing.

  • Rose Quartz is a stone of love and compassion. It can help to open the heart and promote feelings of love, self-love, and inner peace. It is also known to be a powerful emotional healer, helping to release emotional pain and past traumas.

  • Smokey Quartz is a grounding and stabilizing crystal that can help to release negative emotions such as fear, anger, and stress. Its energy can also help to bring emotional calm and stability.

It's also important to have support and reach out for help when we need it, because the journey is not always easy to go alone.  We are so grateful that you are here with us and helping us to build a community of people who will support us through all phases of life, be it light or dark.

Crystals can be a powerful tool in supporting and healing during difficult times, but they should be used in conjunction with other forms of self-care and support.

It's important to seek help from friends, family, or professionals if you are struggling with mental or emotional challenges.

And always remember that, just like the moon, your challenges and struggles are temporary, and that you are still whole and complete even during the darkest phases. Embrace the changes and be open to all kinds of phases of life and find ways that work best for you to heal and grow.
