Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Royal Gems and Minerals.com!  Our family is grateful for you.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the merchandise arrives broken or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at stacy@royalgemsandminerals.com within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate a return.

If the product is deemed to be broken or defective, we will provide a full refund (as store credit) or replacement at no additional cost to you.

If extenuating circumstances arise, and a refund is needed/granted for another reason it will be issued via store credit.
