Shipping policy
At Royal Gems and Minerals, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days of being placed, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Â

We currently ship using USPS, but may from time to time use a different service. Once your order is processed and packed, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please check your email for confirmation of shipping.
It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Please double check the information you enter to ensure proper delivery of your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for additional shipping to the correct address.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged in the mail, please email us at stacy@royalgemsandminerals.com within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide all of the following information and documentation:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the package (front, back, inside, top of shipping label)
- Photos of the contents of the package
