What is the Crystal Cash Rewards Program?

Crystal Cash Rewards is our way of showing real gratitude and appreciation to our Crystal Family. Every time you shop, you earn points that can be redeemed as Crystal Cash toward future orders, plus you can earn bonus points through special moments like birthdays and other reward actions. It is a simple, heartfelt thank you for supporting our family run business and being part of the community we are building!

Who can join?

Anyone can join. If you create an account on our website, you are automatically eligible to earn Crystal Cash rewards when you shop. Two quick notes: you must be logged into your account at checkout to earn points, and points cannot be applied to past purchases made before your account existed.

What are points?

Points are your rewards balance inside our Crystal Cash program. You earn points through shopping and bonus actions, then you can redeem points for Crystal Cash to use toward future orders.

How do I earn points?

You earn points in a few ways:

  • Shopping: points are earned on your order subtotal (not shipping), after discounts.
  • Bonus actions: things like creating an account, adding your birthday, signing up for the newsletter, and other bonus opportunities we offer.
  • Tier-based earn rate: your loyalty tier determines how fast you earn points per $1 spent:

    Fossil Friend: 2 points per $1

    Mineral Maven: 3 points per $1

    Master of Minerals: 3 points per $1

    Crystal Connoisseur: 4 points per $1

    Gemstone Guardian: 5 points per $1

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn!

How long does my loyalty tier last?

Your loyalty tier lasts for 12 months.

What do the approved, pending, and cancelled statuses mean?

Approved: these points are confirmed and ready to use.


Pending: these points are waiting to be confirmed (usually until your order is processed or after a short return window).


Cancelled: these points were removed because the order was cancelled, refunded, returned, or otherwise did not qualify.

What happens if I cancel an order or return a product?

If an order is cancelled or refunded, any points earned from that purchase will be removed. If you return items from an order, points may be reduced to match your updated purchase total. If the change affects your tier, your tier may adjust as well.

How do I use my points when I check out?

Once you reach 500 points, your reward will show up as store credit in your rewards account. When you are ready to check out, simply click to apply that store credit to your order, and it will be added automatically at checkout.
