Nuummite Palmstone

Nuummite is a rare, naturally iridescent metamorphic rock best known from the Nuuk area of Greenland, made primarily of the amphibole minerals anthophyllite and gedrite, which create its signature flash in polished pieces. In crystal traditions, nuummite is often associated with deep grounding and energetic protection, and it is commonly chosen for shadow work, self-honesty, and personal transformation, the kind that helps you feel steady enough to face what is real and choose your next step with courage.

Palmstones are one of my favorite ways to work with crystals because they are simple, comforting, and easy to make part of everyday life. Their smooth shape fits naturally in your hand, making them perfect to carry in your pocket, or purse,  or keep close in your auric field throughout the day.

You can hold a palmstone during meditation to stay grounded and focused, place it on the body during quiet rest, or even tuck it under your pillow to support a calming bedtime routine and gentle dream work. Palmstones are perfectly hand-sized, typically ranging between 2.5 to 3 inches.
